"While on an 8 day / 3000 mile ride I experience chain and sproket problems on my bike while traveling through Wichita Falls. I called the dealership at 4:00 pm and they had me ride right over. These guys took my bike directly into the shop and began the repair. The service techs stayed until 6:30 to finish the repair and had me back on the road. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Without a doubt the best experience I have had. Thanks again guys."

"I don't ride a Suzuki, even though they are top-notch bikes. I ride a Yamaha Venture. But I would like to say that these guys have ordered lots of parts for me and have worked on different bikes I've owned. They are always helpful, available, able to work on all bikes. Always willing to give technical tips and advise. They don't stand there scratching their head going huh....umm....you ride what?....I don't know what it will cost.... We never have seen this kind of bike (When the other dealership sells it!!!!!!). G&S are my go-to guys for everything motorcycle related. When I walk in to the Yamaha dealer I feel like a jackass in a hail storm, all I can do is stand there and take it."
